View Osgiliath Guard Kin House Chest Rules

The kin house chests are open to everyone of Member rank and above.
Please feel free to take and leave items as you please.
The top floor chest is used for LOTRO Level 45 Class Quest Items. Please do not take those purple items unless you need them for a quest. You can also send an in game mail to Osgiliath Guard: TOGSTUFF with a SPECIFIC list of what you need. (Please DONT say: “I need Captain quest items” but rather list out what the items and quantity of each you need.
The Second chest currently has mainly cosmetic items that you are free to take down to the Housing area vault to copy to your Wardrobe. Just be sure to return the actual item to the chest so others can get the use of them also.
Like the refrigerator at work, we will clean out the chests regularly to make room for the each new weekend’s loot. Anything in the chests for more than a week will possibly go to the AH but more probably the vendor, depending on the item. Proceeds from those sales will be put into the House Maintenance Fund.
The only other guideline on their use would be try not to put in things you know people will not want like mauve vendor trash items, but even in that case anyone else is free to take them down to the vendor and cash them in. So have at it!
- If for any reason your account is hacked please advise us immediately via the ToG forums so we can demote your characters to recruit level. We have been robbed before, so would like to avoid this happening again.
