I know. Everybody is jumping on the wagon.
My question is how do you prevent them from taking over your life. I've thought about playing SWG but I know that I'll get hooked and play it constantly......

Just think, you are paying someone money, to improve a fictional character, who could be wiped/patch altered/useless etc.
Tis why I was interested in Planetside, just sounded like you could jump in and play pretty much rather than 'build' a character.
Funny thing I read yesterday was about a guy that played DiabloII online. Said he had all these fantastic sets, 3 of the best weapons, 2 of the best shields, bunch of other highly collectable items... Then he logged in one day to find his character naked. That was around the time he stopped playing.
So, if you approach in that mentality, picture if your gonna be happy next week if the little Jedi your running around suddenly becomes one of the many effected by the 'permanent injury' patch coming which after a head knock renders your Jedi Spastic, who is then robbed of all his possessions.
