It's very similar to the
Armed Assault Game Statistics - Server List mentioned above, but seems to be faster.

It might be early days for it, but it looks very promising.

Kegety's ArmA Launcher v1.11 which has a:
- built in server list monitor (similar to ArmASpy above, where you need to add your favourite servers manually)
- mod selection (instead of manually modifying the shortcut)
- TrackIR launcher
