whytefang, everyone is entitled to their opinions and i respect that. i have played supcom and coh, and i found that supcom was too uncoordinated with a poorly designed gui. my opinion, the explosions and effects surpassed what was offered as well in supcom. there was more diversity as well.
with coh, i found it to be a resource pig that used the same tilesets over and over. green ladnscapes over and over tends to get boriing pretty quick. yes looked pretty good, but bland.
and as for gameplay, i never said it revolutionised anything, ""just that Its not that it lacks a bit of creativity in playing, it’s just a very solid and refined way of taking the old strategies and using new units to annihilate the enemy."" and ""If you have played any other c+c game, you will feel right at home, with the click and drag controls to a third of the screen taken by build options.""
like i said, every1 is entitled to an opinion, i respect yours, but i beg to differ in my opinion.
