Fair enough that not everyone will find it living up to the hype. I found ETQW exactly the same: gave it a few hours but found it totally unineresting (and visually crapulent), despite waiting *ages* for it to come out

Oldn: I'm amazed it runs like a dog on ur mega beast!

I have a dual core E6600 and 8800GTX and it runs creamy with everything on high.
I'm thinking you have driver issues coz of ur sound problems. Tried updating and re-installing ur drivers? Do you have onboard sound or a card? Also, what timings and frequency does ur RAM run at?
