About to kick off in a game of D&D 3.5 with a bunch of guys who've only ever played 2nd Edition AD&D before so they're about to be introduced to the world of the D20 system. which I really like.
I've also recently caught up with a mate who I was playing straight 3rd Ed with a few years ago and I've been offered a spot in a test game of D&D 4.0
Inigo: "Let me explain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up. Buttercup is marrying Humperdink in a little less than half an hour. So all we have to do is get in, break up the wedding, steal the princess make our escape -- after I kill Count Ruben."
Westley: "That doesn't leave much time for dilly-dallying."
