Common issue with PS3 ports for some reason. If you drop the brightness a bit it should match the other versions.
I remember seeing an argument on another forum about how the 360 version of AC2 looked better as it had crisper colours than the PS3 version. Then I pointed out the PS3 users only had to drop the brightness by 1 point to make it look identical
