If you download Vuze (
Vuze: The most powerful bittorrent client in the world.), formaerly Azereus ... I know, I know ... it a is torrent client, but it does have a trancoder for the XBox 360 ... it isn't the fastest in the world but it has worked for me in the past ... though I have not as yet tried it for any HD files!
