I think running a tweaked engine will be fine. Its going to enable more toggers to play the COD game that we miss so much. There'll be no need for PC upgrades.
Fixing up lighting will be good as shadows make for different ingame tactics, especially SND. I only hope they dont totally renew net code as i hope the dedis are still in.
I wouldnt be fussed at all if they realeased exactly the same game, rebadged it and i bought 30 Maps of DLC for $120. Id be sitting in heaven relieved and itching to play it every second of every day, again :_)
