The main problem with an SMP situation is that winged horses would change gameplay drastically, so unless Mo'Creatures server version has a way to disable those winged horses, it's not something we would be able to have on the server anyway, regardless of anything else. Much as I think it would be awesome.
But it will be interesting to see how the Simply Horses mod goes when it is made for SMP.
