Quite a bit. I think Obsi nearly revoked my mod status when I tested the myst stuff early on without mod powers and had to create ...many... worlds before I got a stable world that also had glowstone and crystal. Hence why the rule was put in because of me on creating worlds
But if it comes to it and we need new exploration ground, I have another stable age/world book available.
In single player though I did learn that some of the negative effects in the world only happen on the surface. Once you get underground most will stop to effect you. Its like the surface is contaminated.
