I am happy to announce that HenriDeacon has accepted the role of Division Vice Captain. As a member of my great Admin team and the Hunger Games architect, he has been doing lots for the division. I am now pleased to give him the DVC position so that on instances when I am absent, he can help guide the team with more formalised authority.

So congrats to Henri. As an ex-DC for other divisions, I am sure will fit into the role very smoothly. After all, he has been doing most of the job already.
