All I can really offer is a suggestion that we all just sit back and enjoy the ride. TOG has been doing this for years and has extensive experience dealing with upcoming titles.
There is a Process™ that is followed, the modmins know what they are doing and can be trusted to take the right steps at the appropriate stages of the game. Maybe with a little bit of prompting from the community :P
As the game gets further along the development path then you should see things start to fall into place on the TOG side of things as well.
