I fully agree.. Horizons has a crappy logon process as well. After you launch a web page to logon you enter your password and username twice to get in. Then you wait forever to logon.
DAoC always made me click through 2 user agreements every time I logged on and they were identical. I always hated the way EQ worked as well with the patch to the launcher that then reopens and patches the game (which took forever) then you get in, choose your server and wait even longer. SWG was also a pain with a useragreement, password etc., although if memory serves it seems you could bypass that at the beginning and choose a specific character, it's been awhile so I could be wrong.
Seems like you should just be able to save your username and password and BAM be in the game and not have to enter it everytime or click past 2-3 user agreements and all the other crap every time.
