I have been trying to contact suport for just over a week now as I was thinking of subscribing. Iam still to get any reply from them and unable to post on the forums as Iam a free player.
Would any one that plays AO here be able to tell if I sign up from Australia would I be charged ESD or USD. Iam only asking so I can add/plan for the cost to the family budget. (real reason- so I can get permission from wife)

I send another email to support, my last attempt. Any way they responded and appols for not replying to me, as there may have been an error with the last 3 mail.
It seems that for Australian's there charged as US conversion. Around $20 per month,
just thought it may help others, if they need to know.
If you can use IRC, go to their IRC channel, someone may give you an answer within minutes.
Just be wary of who is giving the answer, they have I believe live tech ppl online though.
I downloaded the game (and a gazillion patches) to try the free play - but I couldnt get past the graphics.

The graphics are actually nice, they have upgraded them. Ao looks way better than any of the Korean MMORPGs and better than WOW I think. Your settings make a big difference.Use the right vid driver and crank up the details and you'll change your mind. AO is really about the depth of play... GW does look better, but when it comes to depth AO wins hands down.
best GW i've seen in two games are eve online and lineage 2. l2 is crisp sweet like you was see high def. eve is the same
