I'm ready to throw out Sahrani and move to this full time. It's still pre-alpha for ArmA, but since it's ported from OFP, it's quite extensive already.

Looks interesting, how is ARMA going? For a game that looked so promising it seemed to struggle to remain alive. The co-op seemed to be both laggy and repetitive, and there seemed to be little team vs team servers.

Or was that just me?

"Struggle to remain alive"? Players have been playing OFP & ArmA now for 6+ years continously. Name any other game that you play like that. Most games I've played are over within 2 weeks. ArmA has new missions, new terrains (islands/maps), new mods, new addons continously coming out. Can barely keep up. Plus ArmA 2 is due next year.
Numbers have always been low in relation to new action games due to it's highly specialised style, but they're consistent. I play every night. Only rarely see a Togger play though these days. But with the 20 or so other Aussie ArmA clans, it's doing fine. But I'm not trying to recruit anyone, since it obviously doesn't appeal to the average gamer, which is a good thing too sometimes. You either love it or you don't.
