Admin/voting/console commands - eg: #vote

It looks like ArmA still depends on typed in console commands for voting and similar admin commands, rather than an interface for it. So it might be worthwhile listing them and sharing what you know about these commands. The Biki has a full list.

Some of the essential ones are:

#vote missions - vote for mission selection dialog

#userlist - Displays the user listing & ID's
#vote admin <player name or ID> - vote for a temporary admin for a game.

The admin can use the following commands:
#missions - Takes the admin to the mission selection dialog
#restart - Restarts mission

Note: These are simply typed into your normal chat box ('/' key). The leading hash ('#') symbol makes it a command.

I'm not sure about:
- how spaces are handled for player and mission names (but ID's or dialogs are better to use anyway). Maybe you need to double quote them.
- whether mission names can be substituted with mission id's
