New Member Application : Donny Mack
Hi,
Firstly, I can verify I am over 25 years, in fact, I turned 38, 4 days ago. I have read the AUP and FAQ, including the forum and server guidelines. I must say that I relate to the concept of TOG in more ways that I can believe. I live in Brisbane, Australia. I tend to game on weekends and after the dishes are done of an evening if I can get a little quiet time. I have 2 children, and my 13 year old son is very impressed at his dad for his gaming prowess, as if he didn't know old timers knew how to do this for some reason!! Until the end of last year, I had not gamed for so long, but felt I had to re-live some of my youth, so I went out and bought a reasonable gaming system, and the first thing I did is go out and by BF1942, as I am a mental WW2 freak. My tag name is based on my grandfather who fought in WW2 against the Japanese in New Guinea. He has recently passed away and his name was Donald McKinnon, hency my tag. I play in his memory. Awe, you guys are all soooo friendly... I'm quite new to gaming, since my fish and chip shop days of playing Galaga. In the last few months I have acquired COD, BF42, BF2, BoBII. For some reason BF42 I keep coming back to 42, particularly flying maps.
I would like some help from you guys on personal strats. Perhaps there are forums on TOG I could search over firstly. Ide love some little tricks and tips. Thank you for such a warm welcome and look forward to playing with u guys. DM |
