TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi all - I've met several great TOG people playing WOW and always thought of joining. Ironically I stopped playing WOW a couple of months back but was thinking about learning Guild Wars and thought it might be good to be part of a more mature and fun group to get started with.

I am over 25 years of chronological age...all of them sequential in fact. Sadly I've lived 17 additional chronological years since and pine for those days of only being 25.

I'm raising two younger gamers that I hope make it to the age of 25!

I have read your AUP, FAQ and Forum / Website User Policies and accept them all.

Was an awesome Pong and Donkey Kong player back in the Reagan administration, and liked playing RTS games and anything I can learn some history from - Age of Empires, etc.. Got into WOW two years ago initially just fascinated by the whole MMO genre. I enjoyed playing it maybe a little too much - especially the PVP aspect where I ranked to 11 with another TOG player healing me much of the time! I gave it up after it started feeling a little repetitive but still get the itch to play something similar but less time consuming with a group of friends. Thinking that might be Guild Wars or something else I discover in this community. Look forward to being a helpful member of the group.
