Default Request to become apart of TOG

Greetings,
Well from what I can tell, one must first have registered and then come to the "Barracks" and post stating a few things. Let me see if I can get the basic requirments out of the way.
- I see that I have registered correctly being able to post within the Forums.
Doing a lot of reading (and at this age you ask a lot)
o Cuting and pasting the next two...

i. Your chronological age (we don't measure mental ) is over 25
ii. Confirm you have READ and ACCEPT our Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Yes I am well over the age of 25. Currently at this time I find myself at the "ripe" old age of 45. Yes, this does not mean that I was there when Noa was attempting to build the Ark and I had to cerrect him not to build it out of "Balsa" wood.
I did read and accept the "Acceptable Use Policy". And have read through the FAQ.
I'm not sure if this is the correct place for the follwing part, but I'll give this a run and if not, please inform me of this.

Just a little about me:
I have been playing RPGs since back in the '70s. It was at that time called "D&D". For those nice little books and then finally into the hard bounds. During this time I found the fun with Stratagy Board Games. Mostly from the company SPI. Games like "War In Europe", "War In the Pacific", "Terrible Swift Sword", "Watterloo". Then came the 15mm. Had to take the next step to table top and build the armys.
Then at some point the Military came into the picture. Still being part of the Active Military and spending out of 20 years, 14 overseas.
Am Married and have three wonderful children.
A little online gaming history, I have played NWN back in the old AOL days, then when Sierra came out the "The Realm". But then waiting for Ultima 9, they decied to go online. Awaiting the long for UO. Almost got feed up with this one. Did not like the fact of spending time within the city and sewers to walk out of the city and get jumped via PVP. After finding some old friends, finally got ahead. THen here comes EQ. Well, had to just jump into this one. Started with each step of the Beta, and finally going online. But as things keep going, the family does expect thier time too. So off with EQ and here comes Guild Wars.
I have a fun time with this one. I did belong a guild called "Empire of the Underworld". But as time went on, having to go offline (military calls) and the guild did have the expectation that each member would be online at least once each week, they were very nice to over look this with me and I thank them for thier support. But with time, the guild just started to fall apart. I am still friends with many of them, but each of us have gone our ways.
I recently found this guild posted on the Offical Guild Wars pages and read about this one. I have compaired from many of the other guilds posted within thenet, and from this one, it seems this would be a fun group to belong.
I play Guild Wars mostly each weekend. Mostly in the mornings and in the late Fridays and Saturdays. It is very hard to play furing the week with family and work.
When playing, I like to Roleplay a lot. Completing quests maping things. I like to play with groups, but with the times I do play, I find it hard to get with others. So this brings me to attempting to find a guild to call home. This must seem like rambling, but not too sure how much you are looking for. I do have knowledge of the game, but do lack alot. I do not ask for hand outs, but I do like to figure things out. But there are times when I will ask for a little direction when banging my head against the wall. There have been so many changes with the game since I have returned this last time. There is much I have to learn. I would like to become a good PvP group player to help out guilds. I like to play Mesner/Elementalist mostly. I have played Necor's and Elementalist. I have not played much of the others.
Well, if my application is considered, I would find it a privlage to belong to the "The Older Gamers" Guild. Thank you for taking the time to consider this application.

Default ACK!

I think I did forget one thing. Was I to post the main character I play within Guild Wars? The character, only have one at 20th level, is...

Suvia Durban

Please do forgive me for adding another post.

Thank you
