Request for Membership of TOG:GW

Hi my name is Kate (or Keeks) and my ign is Lylah Calowiel. I would love it if you would consider me for membership of TOG in Guild Wars. I am 32 years of age, a female gamer from Wales, UK. I have been playing GW for about a year and half (my second birthday is in August, hope I get a better mini than the crappy devourer in had last year, lol) and I have three main toons - Lylah Calowiel (R/Rt currently), Ceridwen Melia (E/Me currently) and Kaida Annwyn (W/N currently) My boyfriend has two characters, a ranger and warrior, but due to ill health he is taking an extended break from the game.

I have beaten all three games on Lylah and Ceridwen, and am familiar with many builds and some high end areas (mainly UW/FoW and The Deep, have yet to get to Urgoz or DoA but hope to soon). I am a casual gamer who enjoys independance but also loves to help out where I can and when I can - I left my last guild (DVDf) as I felt I couldnt always be of assistance where they needed me, and didnt feel I was contributing at the "right" level. However, I think with a more mature guild the balance might hopefully be better!

In respect to other games I am still (!!) finishing Oblivion on my 360 and am waiting for payday to get Zelda fired up on my Wii. Favourite game of all time is Super Mario 64, closely followed by Worms Armageddon. Guild Wars is a close third! Looking forward to playing Final Fantasy on the PS2, when budget allows (hence no PS3. I believe you have to read through the FAQ and AUP and state that you've read them and agree with them in your post

There is no "right level" of contribution in TOG: farm solo all the time, answer every call for assistance, don't play at all and just chat over Alliance chat - it's totally up to you, hehe. We have members who are completely new to the game as well as some experts. Members who hardly ever team with other Toggers and several chatty folks that get together all the time... I hope you're one of the latter but there's no pressure there, you're not obligated to do anything for the guild but log on at least once a month and respect the AUP.

Once you're a member of Tog, please read the "Sticky" threads in the GW division sub-forum and leave a post in the thread of the guild you'd like to join.

Hi again guys, thanks for replying so quickly. Firstly D'oh, sorry for not following your procedure - it couldnt have been more clearly laid out and I forgot to do it (once I start rambling, eh?! )
So here goes - yes, I agree fully with your FAQ and AUP and have read them both. I have read the forum/server guidelines.
With reference to the times I play, its generally first thing in the morning (6.30 to 7.15 GMT) whilst I have my breakfast, and usually an hour or two most evenings between 6 and 10 (unless Lost is on. Or Heroes.) I have more time on the weekends. At the moment my in game goals are to get Protector of Cantha on my warrior and to get my baby Mesmer through Elona. I am a pretty chatty player (on topics I know a lot about!) and keep schtumm on things I am not sure on for fear of looking stupid (for instance I googled "FTW" rather than ask my guild what it meant.......)
