My application

Hello.

My name is Tony and I am a 36 year-old gamer from St. Louis, MO. I have a wife I don't really deserve and two kids that I love. My son is 5 and my daughter is 13 months. My son takes after his dad and likes video games, there are a few my wife plays and I'm sure my daughter will pick up on the hobby one of these days.

I started back in the day on friends' Ataris and coin-op arcade games and have owned many consoles over the years. Currently we have two Xboxes, an Xbox 360, a Game Cube, two Nintendo DSs, a PC and a laptop in the house and plugged in. I must admit that the consoles get more love and attention in the house, but I think LoTR Online is going to change that for awhile!

I've always loved RPGs and used to play pen and paper D&D back in grade school. The first MMORPG I played was called The Realm in the mid 90s. I played for a few years and enjoyed it. I've also played WoW for a bit and am currently playing the new LoTR game.

I'm not a huge PC gamer, so I probably don't fit into the TOG profile exactly, but I thought this would be a great place to find a group that may be playing LoTR to do some quests with and have a good gaming experience with without all the immature behavior that is prevelant in online gaming.

Sorry to ramble on. I did, by the way, read the FAQ and the AUP.
