Default Application for Mackaster

First I have read the forum rules etc and a little over 25....well actually I am 42 tomorrow

I found you guys from the LOTR forum saying that your guild was 25+ on the Evernight server. So I would like to apply in particular for this forum if you guys are recruiting.

OK, a little about me. As I said I am 42, been gaming online now since the days of BF1942. Currently playing WoW, Silent Hunter 4, Stalker, Medieval 2 and now this, though apart friom WoW, the rest are mainly SP games for me.

Married, living in the UK, wondering where the last 42 years went, work for Vodafone on the network side. Pretty easy going guy who like a laugh and good company. If you want a chat you can either speak to me on x-fire, username mactheknife, reply here or catch me in game on the same nick

Read those and must say they are the most comprehensive set of guidelines I have ever seen on a forum, well laid out

Perhaps, after reading some of the rules, I should say that I am currently in a guild on WoW - the Nefarious on bronze dragonblight. We have a website - The Nefarious Guild » A Warcraft PvE Guild. I am also a veteran member of the gathering clan (The Gathering Clan » An Online Gaming Community Since 2003) although I do not play any of their games anymore, its just a place where oldies like me can pull up a chair and recite our old war stories

However, looking at the games you play are very similar to mine. For example, wouldnt mind a go on silent hunter online because I never have done that yet. Also, as a vet of the c64 era (actually zx-81 was my first ) and a fully pledged member of the PC gaming community I am sure I would make a constructive and active member in your community

Edit**

Just remembered, my usual nick is mack[something], since usually macky is taken in games and forums. Not too inventive but at my age, simplicity is everything
