Hello all, 37 year old Sydneysider here, curious to join this thing called TOG. I live on the North Shore, love to Play PC games, especially good FPS, and squad games (such as Jagged alliance, silent storm, x-com.) Haven't online gamed for a while due to a lack of one life servers in RTCW:ET. I find that with a one life server people tend to play more realistically, medics heal you instead of leaping over your prostrate body heading for a frag, teamwork suddenly appears and so on, oh and the tension, that glorious tension. I also got married to a non gamer who likes to interruptus all the timeus. Seriously, I adore my wife, but she just doesn't get gaming, and thinks I can just pause whenever I (she) feels like it. We have had a talk about this now and it seems that when she visits her friend, i am free to game as much as I want. yay!. Do you guys play Enemy Territory? I would like to give FAR CRY online a try too. I have read the AUP, the TOG FAQ and as I said, am over 25.
