TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi!

I started playing Guild Wars few weeks ago and some member of my P&P Rpg group recommended me to join TOG.
So... Here I am

So, what's about me? First and most important thing I have to say... I'm bit talkative.... Well... at least I've warned you

My name is Stefan, I'm 29 Years old. I'm living in Germany, and my occupation is halfway Student (Educational Sciences), halfway... uh... let's call it "Tourist Business".

I'm rather new into online gaming, despite having little experince in Diablo 2 on the battlenet a few years ago.

My gaming career started in the mid 80s on a Shinobi Arcade Machine placed in a local shopping mall, followed by the "usual things": C64, consoles, PC, and so on, but I've never been that keen on next generation Highend Gaming stuff, still I prefer

Talking about Guildwars... Well... I'm not in it for beeing THE Uber-1337-GoZu-Rul0r, getting elite armors asap oder being the King of PvP. Just spending a few hours every week on having a good time, no matter if it's helping lowlevel Characters or doing Missions or things like FoW.

Well, that's it for now.

Undoubtedly you want to get started and the best place to start is to visit the main forum for the game in which you are interested, have a read of the sticky posts and other threads that catch your attention.

Make sure you introduce yourself and ask any further questions you may have. tog members are very helpful so don't be shy....ask away

The social heart of tog can be found in "the lounge room". there are lively discussions on many subjects as well as information on real life get togethers. If you want to know the other tog members across the whole of tog visit the lounge room.

Visit tog's very own laboratory forum & see the cage full of helpful geeks. Not only can they assist in your troubleshooting, but they also like to help with upgrade & new computer advice.
