Is TOG membership right for me?

Hi ppl's I have been playing COD2 for about 12 months.First six months playing ctf with mics at 268 ping on anarchic.I loved this server because ppl played as a team stagtegicly.I love being part of team.I love to jump in front of fire to protect a team member planting a flag.I am not score fixated.But I love to win as a team.It took 6 months to realise that 268ping isnt a good thing.So I have spent the rest of the time playing death match on local servers with better ping.Unfortunatly in queensland I can only get decent ping after 12pm on these servers. But I am working on that.

I really miss being able to comunicate with team mates and play as a team.I hate deathmatch.It seems so pointless.I love a thinking game and playing as a team and miss CTF so much.This is what I am looking for.I think especially so because I seldom intereact with humans much in real world.Generally Iam not a ppl person.

I am limited how and what I can play because I am disabled from a acident.I use a erazor head pencil to type and aim with the mouse in my left hand.I can tend to piss ppl off because I move strangly and spam a lot(I think)Obviously there are only so many buttons I can find to press with a pencil in the dark.This limits me to call of duty2.That doesnt worry me because I am a big war history fan.I love second world war.I love the guns.My father used to be a collector and has owned most of the guns used.And I have owned a few to and fired most of them.Excluding machine guns and pistols of course.It amases me infact how well modeled there really are.Of course the pain of emptying a garand clip of 3006 in quick sucession doesnt quiet come across lol.But hey that ping of the clip exiting.They nailed that. Unfortunatly I dont have a licence anymore as they deemed I was too much of a risk to socety so this is the next best thing for me.

Any way this is getting long. All in all I am not a bad player.In fact I may surprise you. I have been asked a few times to join clans but didnt really know what they where.I am going to check some more out today.I play most nights.Plz let me know if you have any ctf and think I would be any help.If not next time I see you playing I will kill you.Or die trying haha.

Well, based on that alone, I'd say you're pretty much a shoe-in.
TOG's about more than just games, so chances are you'll find a nice spot and fit right in.

The COD guys will probably be around at some stage to tell you what's what.

Take a read of the Sticky threads at the top of this forum, and post back when your done. There's some important stuff there, and an agreement you must agree to, to allow us to accept your application.

TOG's a great place, with a lot of great people. The COD division is alive and well, and I'm sure they'd welcome you with open arms.
