Hello all. I am Brieve I'll try and keep this nice and simple (I have a habit of rambling)
I have read your AUP, Forum Guide, and FAQ. All seem very reasonable. (TBH This is the second time I have done this but that will come in later)
Name: Brieve (My RL name) or Roshambo
Games played in the Past: UO, Ashrons Call, WoW, messed around with EQ 1 and 2 and DDO but I would not say I played them really
Games currently playing: Vanguard on Tharridon. (Ok here is were I explain the reading of the guilds twice) I was going to apply for Older Gamers back in Vanguard Beta 5 time frame. But I prefer PVP servers and read somewhere (Not really sure) that yall were going to be playing on a PVE server so at that time I did not apply. Then I saw a branch on Tharridon (Can't remember the exact name) but at that time I had made many friends and found a guild that I fit into fairly well. And if any thing I am overly loyal and did not try and join at that time. (Like I said I rabble sorry)
Games Looking forward to playing: Right now Pirates of the Burning Sea is top of the list followed by Age of Conan, Warhammer Online, Darkfall. In that order.
Real Life occupation: US Air Force Munitions. I am Ex-Army (Did 2 years). Been in the Air Force for 7 years. I will be leaving the service in Oct. (To many reason to type here)
Other things that don't involve computers: I am a member of the SCA (
Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. for more info) I do Fire Breathing/Fire Play shows, and go off roading when I can fit it in.
Bad habits: I probably curse to much but rarely do so in game, I smoke, I drink a bit, probably don't exercise enough, drink to much Mountain Dew, and well I am sure there is other things.
What I am looking for in a guild/clan/society: I will be honest I am a powergamer 90% of the time. Not to say that I don't slow down and enjoy the game it self. I just like being on the upper curve of the power curve if possible. Now saying that I don't expect my guild to be a powergaming guild. As a matter of fact in my Vanguard guild I was the first level 50 and the nearest person behind me was 40. That did not/does not bother me one bit. I Stayed with them until they fell apart because of the game not being up to snuff. I enjoy aid guild mates as much as possible. If I can do something for a guildie I will. Because if I stop what I am doing and help a guildie or give an item to a guildie instead of selling it then in the long run it will come back to me. I am a karma Believer.
Umm Ok this is getting really really long. So in closing here I am getting ready to turn 26, getting ready to get out of the military, and hopefully getting ready to play Pirates of the Burning Sea.
Thank you for your consideration.
