Potential New Member - Greetings

Hello all. Age 68, read the AUP and FAQ and everything else ... . Live in the UK, Pembrokeshire, under the Preseli Hills (dragon country!). Retired after 40 years in the US of A - computer science, programming, project management, etc, blah blah, in mostly computer apps in science and engineering, computational physicsw (Star Wars 1 ALL, the 'military defense intelligence complex', etc). But born in the UK, physics at Manchester, left in 1961 as part of the 'brain drain'. Got a wife here, and 5 Border Collies, 2 cats, 6 chickens, couple of fields, ... , very rural and peaceful.
GUILD WARS is what I play and do, a lot of the time. Have 'good days' and 'bad days' due to medical problems, so not always on. But generally available 10am to 12pm GMT. Main character is Nackles Preseli, ElMe lvl 20 ascended infused ... . Some others to experiment with. Serious about the game - but its a game!! Also read a lot - fantasy, science and maths. Play with my computer (built 2 years ago, now an antique!). Keep happy with single malts and red wine and good food.
Want to join the Guild Wars Division. I like and enjoy helping beginners/lower lvls, I need help with higher level stuff ... . Strictly PvE now - maybe one day may be persuaded to try some kind of PvP - but slow reflexes, poor eyes ..... ! Prefer a more 'measured' approach to things, but a relaxed loose team approach. Setting up for TS/Vent .... cannot type fast enough in game!
Favourite games? Dungeon Keeper series! Elder Scrolls (Arena, Daggerfall, Oblivion). Was a beta on Daggerfall, wrote a bit for it - any old testers here??? Some Quake 2, 3 addons ... . Heretic etc. I.e., OLD stuff!!
