I notice you have a couple of posts.
Suggest just follow this one and fill in the following then an you can be toggled and once done drop into the Steam Room for CSS DODS and RO action.

1. Are you over the age of 25?
2. Have you read and agreed to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and FAQs
3. Have you read and agreed to the Forum and Server Guidelines.
