TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi there fellas. I'm hoping to join ToG and to participate in some matches. I'm playing Wolfenstein ET at the moment and have been for about 3 years, though I'm interested in trying out other games as well. I feel quite competent, adapt quickly and make a strong team player. I usually play at the NZ Orcon server, people such as Gemanix and Mad Samoan will vouch for me.

About me: I'm 29yrs old, single, male, engineer. I've got a bunch of hobbies (beautiful city is Christchurch) a few that are my main focus are, flying full size gliders, flying and building model gliders (have been since 10yrs old) and I also manufacture a glider kitset, check out South Pacific Models - Dynamic Soaring Foamies Going for a world record with this design!!

Please take some time to read this: Potential Members PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING and the other sticky posts at the top of this forum. They detail what is needed in order to become a full TOG member.

We need to know:

Are you over the age of 25?
Have you read and agreed to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and FAQs
Have you read and agreed to the Forum and Server Guidelines.

Post back here with the required info and we can give you full access to the site (TOGerised).

besides that, you sound just like a togger.... so welcome when to the guild when you post the last few requirements...

and since you know wolfenstein ET, you should definately look into the Quake wars ET division... we are hot and rocking...

Firstly :

Welcome to TOG, your application has been reviewed and approved.

You will now have full access to all parts of the tog website including:

All tog member only forums
All member only areas of the website

Your membership also includes access to various tog only servers, get-together, events, and other exclusives for this 25 and over only organization.

Undoubtedly you want to get started and the best place to start is to visit the main forum for the game in which you are interested, have a read of the sticky posts and other threads that catch your attention.

Make sure you introduce yourself and ask any further questions you may have. tog members are very helpful so don't be shy....ask away

The social heart of tog can be found in "the lounge room". there are lively discussions on many subjects as well as information on real life get togethers. If you want to know the other tog members across the whole of tog visit the lounge room.

Got a technical problem?

Visit tog's very own laboratory forum & see the cage full of helpful geeks. Not only can they assist in your troubleshooting, but they also like to help with upgrade & new computer advice.
