Hi, I'm Shawn, and I'm looking to join up to hook up with a buddy (He should be a member under the name of jwiv, assuming it wasn't taken already), and the other folks here.

I won't list all the things I've played since that would be way too long a list. Currently, I'm a Civ 4 addict, playing old games anew on the Wii, and strangely compelled by TrackMania. After dislodging myself from WoW's death grip last fall, I haven't been online gaming much, but with Team Fortress 2 out and UT2k7 right around the corner, it's time to get back to it. MMO's are pretty much out until I'm not working and schooling full time, but I expect at some point the carrot will be too tempting not to chase.
