Hi there

I'd like to join TOG

1. I am over 25 years of age.
2. I have read the AUP & FAQ
3. I have read the forum/server guidelines.


I live in the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Work full time as a Usability Specialist and User Interface Designer, run one tabletop RPG game Thursday nights, play in another on Tuesdays. So that means I'm usually up for PC gaming goodness on Monday & Wednesday nights (after 6pm) and the weekends. No kids, but a partner and 2 dogs means that I'll not be free all of those times.

I started PC gaming on a Commodore Vic 20 which led onto the C64 (Elite, Wizball, Head over heals and River Raid were my favourites) and haven't looked back. I play most PC gaming styles but have a preference for MMO's (currently playing Eve, EQII, GuildWars, Ultima Online and in the Tabula Rasa beta), Space Sims (X3, Evochron Renegades, Freelancer) and FPS's (currently addicted to everything in the Orange Box, but also love BF2 and UT2004). I'll dabble in RTS but I'm old and grumpy enough to feel that turn based strategy beats it hands down any day... gimme GalCiv over C&C any day of the week.

And as you can tell I have a tendency to ramble
