Hello everyone! New application
Hello everyone. I am over 25 (31). I have read the FAQ, the AUP and the server/forum guidelines.
A little about me....I am a lifelong gamer dating back from the Atari 2600 console days. As I am maried now with a family so I dont have to be hardcore like I used to be. I was looking for a group of people to play with that were in the same general situation as myself and I came across the guild while searching the VGplayers website. The name sucked me right in as it described exactly what I was looking for. Like I said above I am 31, married, a lifelong New Yorker. I work for one of the big investment banks on Wall Street. As you can guess by my name I am also a rugby player, although injuries have sidelined my career. I came here specifically about joining your Vanguard guild so I'll tell you a little about my time in VG...I was part of the beta and the initial launch. Given all the issues that surrounded the launch I left after a few months and enjoyed the summer. Now that some improvements have been made I re-subbed and I have been having a pretty good time and I think I am ready to commit to the game for the longer term. I am also really excited to get involved with all of the other games you guys are playing. So I am really excited that even though I came here for Vanguard, I've found a group of like-minded people to enjoy all my gaming habits with. I look forward to hearing from you guys!
