Hey guys,

The name is Misfit and I happened upon your name in the Hellgate forums. I like what you guys have going here and thought I would pop my head in to see if I could get into a fun community of gamers. So, with that said, here's the facts...

Gaming History - The long version

It all started with my C64 playing games that sarting with the "READY" prompt. From there I dabbled with the consoles here and there until I finally got into PC games about 10 years ago. I had played PC games on my friends PC's, but never had one of my own. Finally got one and soon found myself engulfed in games like Leasure Suit Larry, Civilization, Tie Fighter, and various point and click adventures (Sam & Max, Space/Kings Quest). I eventually joined the military and wasnt able to have a PC of my own until I got out in 1999. I bought one of my very own and was instantly sucked into the gaming realm again. The first online game I really got into was Rainbow Six. I loved it, but never joined any clans or tourneys. I ventured around for a bit between games and hit my first MMO experience with SWG. I liked it, but I got addicted and had to stop in order to graduate from University. I graduated with an Engineering degree and soon found myself with some extra cash. Bought a gaming rig and hit "the big time" with BF2. I had played BF1942 with some guys and ended up joining their clan. I played in some tourneys and eventually found myself in big tourneys in BF2 and Armed Assault.

One day I was just bored of "Pubbin" and a friend of mine suggested I check out WoW. Fast forward a little over a year and 20 pounds and here I am with a severe lust to get into a new game. I had fun in WoW, but I have better things to do than spend 20+ hours a week grinding for...whatever.

Anyway, I'm playing plenty of games now including TF2, Hellgate, Quake Wars and Forza 2 (XBox).

I am in St. Louis, Missouri, in the States, and am usually on from 7pm-11pm EST (0100-0500 GMT).

So, yeah, that's about it in terms of gaming. Other than that I enjoy candlelit dinners, painting things black and long walks off short piers.

What I am Looking for

I am looking for a mature guild (mature attitude, not age) to find some people to play with. I still participate with my old clans and guilds, but most of those guys dont play as often and I often find myself lonewolfing it on public servers.
