Greetz to all, my application to join TOG

Hi All,

Uridotchi (real name: Chris) here, I'm a 34 yr old gamer and I would like to join TOG. My gaming day harkens back to my Apple II days, spans the PC era and now includes console gaming on the Xbox 360.

I work as a software engineer/programmer/web engineer for my day job. So yes, I fit the geek/nerd stereotype like a glove - and I'm proud of it. I'm a Melbourne boy, I love the cricket and the footy (go HAWKS!) but most of all I love to game! I would say that I am avid gamer (I was one of the "older" guys that preordered and lined up before midnight to pickup my Xbox 360) and am always up to speed with the latest gaming news.

My main gaming genres are RTF, FPS, TPS, SciFi, Simulation and Sports. I wish there were more star trek, sci fi simulation (aka wing commander, tie figher like), footy and cricket games out there. I won't list the countless games I've played but suffice it to say, I've played a heck of a lot of them! A sample of games I'm currently playing :- COD4 (360), Halo 3(360), StrangleHold(360), World in Conflict (PC), CNC3: Tiberium Wars (PC) and Bioshock(PC).

I'm looking to make some gaming buddies to spend some quality online gaming time, be it on Xbox Live or on PCs on the net on a frequent basis eg. weekly if possible.

That's a little bit about me, I hope my application will be accepted and look forward to an awesome gaming experience with other TOGS

Hey there Chris and welcome to ToG. Have a read through the stickies at the top of this forum and just add to your post that you have read the AUP & FAQ and then an Admin will come along and give you access.

We need to know:

1. Are you over the age of 25?

Post back here with the required info and we can give you full access to the site (TOGerised).
