Hello,

My name is Aaron, but I generally go by the name Veerappan (with various alts of course).

I am:
1) 26 years of age
2) I have read the AUP and FAQ
3) I have read the forum/server guidelines

I live in Wisconsin, United States, and will probably be moving soon to Boston, MA, USA. I generally play starting around 6pm or so, and am currently playing EVE Online and a little World of Warcraft, combined with the occasional Neverwinter Nights 2. When I feel the need for an FPS, I generally load up Battlefield 2: Special Forces, but I'm woefully out of practice.

I'm a computer programmer by profession, and do not have a family (yet). Girlfriend yes, children no.

As for gaming history, I started back with the NES my parents bought me when I was 6 (mario, duckhunt, trackmeet), and graduated to computer gaming with Wolfenstein 3D and then Doom and Diablo (1&2).

I used to play Starsiege: Tribes competitively, hosted a Counterstrike server in college (starting with beta 5.2), and melted my brain with a lot of World of Warcraft afterwards. I've played plenty of other games in the interim, but those are the ones that held attention for the longest.

Outside of computer games, I read a lot (fantasy mostly with some fiction), and like to bike (pedal, not motor) and work on my car. I used to ride both road and mountain bike competitively in college, and hope to start doing it again. Once the car is up to it, I'm hoping to start taking it to the track occasionally as well.

Random Note: I had put Ace as a referral when I registered, but that was incorrect. I should've entered Heinz as the referral user (my roommate goes by both names depending on the day of the week/game/forum).

My roommate is indeed funny looking and funny smelling, but I suppose either will be about the norm among the Eve players after being in their ships' flight suits for hours.
