Application from a Hellgate: London player

Hi, all.

I'm 38 and I live on the northern side of Atlanta, Georgia. I've read the AUP, FAQ, and the forum/server guidelines.

I'm currently playing Hellgate: London almost exclusively and I would really like to become part of the TOG guild there. I've been gaming online for the past several years starting with about a year in City of Heroes, followed with a little over 2 years in WoW (taking an extended break from WoW at the moment), and I'm now pretty hooked on Hellgate: London. I'm generally on Shulgoth (US server) or the Test Server daily (evenings to late evening/early morning Eastern Standard Time are generally my peak gaming hours), and I'm a lifetime subscriber - so I'll be around for a while. I also have Mythos, 9Dragons, 2Moons, and HalfLife2 (deathmatch) installed, but I've been spending most of my gaming time in HGL.

I game to have fun and to be able to socialize and game with folks who are after a similar gaming experience. What I'm looking for in a guild is to be able to game in an atmosphere where courtesy, respect, and having fun are the norm, not the exception, and TOG sounds like it fits the bill perfectly. The bottom line for me is that I'm playing games to have fun and relax, and I'd really like to be part of a guild that feels the same.

Edit: I lived in Acworth for some time a couple years ago, sis still lives down there, we visit her about once a year. Of all the places I miss, in downtown old Acworth, theres a restaurant that I miss sooooo much. Lousiana Chef (of course the name of the establishment eludes me). I used to eat there several times a week.

I'm not familiar with that particular restaurant, but that's pretty close to my neck of the woods. It seems as if that's always the case with eateries: the best one's aren't chains, and they're always somewhere other than where you currently reside. Pretty sure that Murphy guy has something to do with this (his laws always pop up at the most inopportune times).

Chef Henrys Louisianan Bar & grill. Took me a few to remember it.

Bar None, one of the best places to eat at in Georgia that I ever found. From the Smoked Alakasan Salman, to the gorgeous steaks, even the cajun burgers.

Damn, I wanna go eat there now. There is not a single restaurant here in Southern Illinois that comes close to his food.

Oh, man...that does sound good. Things are a bit hectic for me at the moment (may be moving out of state relatively soon), but if I get the chance to head up to Acworth, I'll definitely be stopping by that restaurant.
