TOG Application

Hello,

I ran across a recruitment thread from a TOG member (Ju Ju?) in the official forums for Pirates of the Burning Sea (my current game of interest), which brought me here. I have come to realize how much of a pain it is to try and find a new guild that meets my standards, every time I pick up a new online game. I like the sound of TOG and I think I may be a good fit. First, I will get the paperwork out of the way, then I will introduce myself...

I am 30 yrs old.

I have played and enjoy nearly every genre of PC and console video games. Though now that I'm getting older, I'm not as competitive in RTS or FPS games as I used to be, and I play those more for fun now rather than ranking; most of the time I prefer single-player in that genre. There are exceptions though...I just bought TF2 the other day and am looking forward to trying it out.

I reside in Illinois, USA. I play games on weeknights and weekends at various times, but I'm known to be a night owl. I'm a bachelor (read as: I'm free to game whenever, wherever, however I want to...for now.) I work as an IT Systems Administrator, doing everything from IT help desk to systems design, and medium-scale corporate IT project coordination. I dig video games, music, movies, books and gadgets, but above all I'm a big ice hockey fan.

Looking forward to the opportunity to join up with TOG.
