My online handle is Dufoe. I heard about your site from an online gamer by the name of "Vetinari". I would like to join your group, as if you did not know, I am older than dirt.

Once a gamer always a gamer. I like simulation games and first person shooters. TMU, Dirt, Race 07, Test Drive Unlimited, COD's, MOH's, Flight Sim X, etc. I was introduced to gaming on the Commodore 64, graduated to the Amiga, then PC's. Speaking of PC's, I have been around them from day one. Retired now, but was the network administrator of the PD in Cleveland, Ohio. Worked there for 38 years. Moved from Ohio to Maryland in 2000. Love it here, but don't like being away from children. I have six children. One boy lives in Atlanta, GA, a daughter lives in Kentucky, another boy lives in Dayton, OH, and the rest two sons and a daughter live in Brunswick, OH. We keep in touch with each other via the computer, with web cam and sound. Anyway it looks like I am rambling and this should not be posted here. Better get off. Anyway I would love for you to let me join your group.

There are a few things you may want to add to your post. Here's the updated list from the sticky for this forum.

1. You are over 25. Pretty sure this was covered by the "38 years" and "older than dirt," but just in case, you may wish to post that you "are at least 25."
2. Your have read and AGREE to abide by the TOG Code of Conduct This is a new one on me, but needs to be stated anyway.
3. You have read and AGREE to and abide by the TOG Acceptable Useage Policy (AUP)Pretty much just the standard site joining stuff. Must be stated.
4. You have read and AGREE to abide by the Forum & Server GuidelinesStated yet again.
5. You have read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Document.See the pattern by now
6. You have read and AGREE to abide by the Signature and Avatar Guideline. Recent addition. Very simple just stating that you understand the rules for avatar and signature use in your posts. Help is always available in our graphics forum if you need it.
