i have read all of the terms and conditions/.
i play cs and have been playin cs source for 1 week now
i have played cs from version 1.2
i have 2 y/o and a 5 y/o boys . my wife plays cs and source as well
we both play bf2
we usually play about 8.30 pm "gmt +10" when the boys sleep
my handle in bf2 is craziekid mainly cos my 5 y/o loves to play so i find him an mt server and let him run around in the vehicles
anyhow i would like to join this clan

bainy, I know you dont probably need or want to know this, but you nearly got this as a welcome note....

Simple Fish Curry


Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes


INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
2 teaspoons fresh chopped ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
500g snapper Snapper fillets, cubed
150 mls chicken stock
¼ cup coconut milk
sea salt and pepper
½ cup fresh coriander
1 lime, juiced
steamed jasmine rice and bok choy to serve



METHOD

Heat the oil in a medium pan and stir in the garlic and onion. Cook until softened and stir in the chilli sauce, cardamom pods, ginger, cumin and coriander.

Add fish. Pour in the chicken stock and coconut milk and simmer for 2- 3 minutes or until fish is just cooked.

Stir though the coriander and lime juice and serve with steamed jasmine rice and bok choy.

As my wife had jumped in and copied a recipe to print out while I was getting a beer while in the middle of doing some welcoming activities.
