My name is Kevin Wallbridge and I am a 45 year Canadian. I've been a gamer since 1977, starting in lead/pewter miniatures and progressing quickly to pencil and paper role-playing games. I remember when Greyhawk for D&D introduced the Thief, a Fourth class! Too much money in quarters went to Asteroids and Battlezone.

Now I am involved in Chinese medicine (I came to it through the martial arts) and, 11 years ago, helped found a private college here in Nelson BC. Summers are good as my hours are very flexible. I speak some Chinese but am much more literate. I spend quite a bit of time translating ancient medical passages.

I'm new to online gaming (a week today), but I have just started to play Guild Wars and saw some stuff about this group on some fansites. I'd sure like to play with some mature people. I've met some great kids online but I feel wierd fending off flirty 14 year old girls, and I still like to type long-hand.
