I greet thee fellow warriors!
I have recently been spending many hour playing BF2142 and since I stumbled across TOG players there, I have often played alongside them and I am most impressed by their mature and skilful tactics. I have for a long time been looking for players that put thought into their gaming actions, people that do not just barge into the middle of the gunfight and get shot or those that fire wildly from transporter aircraft, thus revealing their position to every gunship on the map...ok I'm slightly off topic there . Anyway, I'm a high school teacher from Dunedin New Zealand and I'm seeking respite from juvenile behaviour - be it at school or in games. I'm 30 years old and I tend to play a large variety of games for as long as it is decent as far as my partner is concerned (and sometimes longer ). I first started playing on a 386 and I have progressed through many different phases including C&C series, AOE series, Civ series, Americas Army, IL2, Flight Unlimited, Anno series...you get the idea. At the same time I also try very hard to have a life beside the screen, so it may happen that I use only Linux for a few weeks and thus keep all games as far away as I can. Lately I have been playing and BF2142 has been a big favourite in the last year.

My playing times are very irregular and often odd - just ask if you want to play with me.

I look forward to joining and especially finding gaming friends and sharing the joys of voip with buddies in BF2142!
