TOG - The Older Gamers

Hi All.. well how about some introductions.

My Name Is Travers, I work on the Goldcoast as a computer programmer/support engineer for AMX Australia (AMX.com - It's Your World Take Control®). I'm 30 with a wife and 2 cute daughters (polishes shotgun.. looks pointedly at morse) My mate morse recently joined and I think he is a little lonely so he recommended I apply to join your clan.

So, some gaming history...

1st Game.... I guess that was batball on a BBC Micro (pong clone) Does logo count as a game? Then Defender, many old arcade shooters, centipeide, space invaders, etc etc Then onto a vic 20 and then a C64 and then!!! My First PC, and 8088 running at 4.54MHz FEEL TEH POWAHHHH *cough* excuse me.

Well Does anyone remember Alleycat apart from me? Cat.exe from the IBM corporation... Awseome Game, 3 golorious shades of Orange CGA Extravaganza. Then SpaceWar was my first multiplayer deathmatch.. Look it up, if you haven't played it, it is billed as the first real PC Game an well worth a look.

Ok, so enough nostalgia, Modern PC Games.

Well I own TF2, BF1942 and BF2, thats about all I play.. oh and TRIBES2 I cannot escape it's awesomeness even now.

I played in ClanSPunk for Tribes2, ]Pk[ For the first season of BF1942 and we won iirc (it was some time ago) and I generally take morse out online and leave him bloody and beaten by the side of the road whilst screaming *take that you smug git*

Which I think gets away most of your codes of conduct which seem eminantly reasonable, and It would be nice to get back into clan gaming! If I can get the wife and kids in bed by 9pm so they don't hear the screaming and keyboard smashing
