And might I add. HOLY CRAP that is a lot to read through to join a guild. But as long as the folks I deal with day in and out are generally respectful of others. And can handle a bit of cursing in game. (Not me cursing mind you of course! heh..) I am game also.

I live in the states. Got in on the prestart and this server (Darkland.) is where the game wanted me to play. Who I am to argue with the great and mighty machine right? Maybe I'll change to the US server once character moves are in place.

I am enjoying the game so far. Nysaloka is a lvl 10 Warrior Priestess currently. Smashing things with a Maul. And wearing a dress while doing it. I may come up with an interesting back story but sadly I don't know nearly enough about the warhammer universe to do it real justice.

I am a gamer through a through, Played WOW on blackhand as a troll warrior to level 68.. just didn't have the patients to go prot spec all the way to 70... and the game got too... grindy? For me.

I have also played EQ, Anarchy Online, And many many others. Too numerous to remember right now. I normally use the nick Grimlakin in game but wanted to do something different in case I didn't like the character. Obviously I am enjoying playing her.

I also play Pen and Paper role-playing games. I live in Texas, I work 10am to 7pm and generally game when I can between 10pm and 2am CST. So I am gaming with the early afternoon players I suppose in Australia.

I work in IT, specifically I work for McAfee doing Enterprise Technical support. Foundstone, Intrushield, all of that fun stuff. So if you have some AV questions I can generally help. (Anti Virus.)

As far as pen and paper RPG. I have played and play to some extent, Dungeons and dragons from 2nd 3d up through 3.5. As of yet I refuse to pour money into 4th ed. I am also playing in the current World of Darkness settings and have played in each of the previous in some form or fashion or another, I have played Armageddon... (Oh so broken but what an awsome setting!) Fading Suns (another great setting but not the D20 version thank you.) Some of the various D20 systems, Earthdawn, Shadowrun, Rifts and the megaverse setting. Including TMNT and Robotech.. but that was many years ago.

I have played quite a few Pen and Paper RPG's and am currently in two ongoing games and about to start a third. Not sure how the GF is going to take that with my current WAR addiction.

Yea, when they released the D&D 3rd Edition books, I was pretty upset since I have so many 2nd Ed books in my shelf. Never really liked 3rd Edition, and when I heard about the 4th Ed, I went ahead and bought a few Rolemaster books out of protest.

By the way, we have a P&P sub-forum somewhere here at TOG, but unfortunately it's somewhat neglected and a bit hidden (or maybe neglected because it's hard to find?).
