Default [DONE] Old, but not dead yet

As some TV personality once said "Lets step into the Way Back machine, shall we?"
I remember cold Michigan evenings playing Pong on a Sears console with my brother, I graduated to a the Atari 2600 and wasted many a weekend battling "Invaders". Then I stepped up (or down, depending on your perspective) to the commadore Vic20 and text adventures.
My first IBM/PC opened the doors to joining the crew of the Tigers Claw to protect the Vega System, strapping into a Spitfire during the Battle of Britain (Thanks Dynamix), and building a civilization for Sid Meyers. After an adiction to Battletech the Mechwarrior series was a welcome addition to my gaming experience, to which I am still adicted (thank god for Mechwarrior modders).
This is who I am, a 41 year old computer game addict with a custom cabinet business, a wonderful wife who has a much better income than I to help support my addiction (Two 22" LCD's for xmas, THANKS HONEY!) and a 14 year old daughter who, frankely, scares the bejesits out of me with her talk of "this boyfriend, that boyfriend" etc. The older I get, the more comfort I find in a good BF2142 game, or exploring the DC wasteland.

I hereby testify that:
  1. I am over 25 (as stated above, I am 41).
  2. I have read and AGREE to abide by the TOG Code of Conduct
  3. I have read and AGREE to and abide by the TOG Acceptable Useage Policy (AUP)
  4. I have read and AGREE to abide by the Forum & Server Guidelines
  5. Ihave read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Document.
  6. I have read and AGREE to abide by the Signature and Avatar Guideline.
I look forward to joining a community populated with folks that understand my addiction and can comisserate.
