I'll keep this into fairly short as I'm likely to be a relatively low key member.
Online I go by the alt Cindax although my real name is Daniel and I'm happy for people to know me thus, as part of my online escape is being myself with the relaxing buffer of internet anonymity.

My current online gaming activity is contained to WAROnline but will include playing Diablo 3 along with my wife when its finally released and I'll likely dip my toes into the pools of DoW2 and StarCraft 2, although probably just for the single player campaign (haven't bought DoW2 yet).

To answer the obligatory "what attracted you to TOG" question, well that one is easy and can best be answered with a quote from the FAQ.
"TOG is for gamers who are passionate about their hobby of PC games (particularly online multiplayer games), but who want to escape or separate themselves from the abusive, disruptive and disrespectful behaviour, usually attributed to younger players, that is so often encountered when gaming online." I know very little about TOG but what I do know inclines me to believe that this will not be yet another kiddy guild that I would rather avoid.

About me, Im the lucky at home side of your everyday nuclear family. Wife, two kids, boy and girl and myself. Before that tho' I was an IT grunt, working help desk, phones, call out and various other support roles both small and large.

Anywho.. enough about me,

ps. Pacman on the 2600, nope never owned one. For me it was Space Invaders on the local Rollercity (roller skating rink) arcade machine and choplifter on the apple ][e.

So far I only played a little with Cindax on Darklands, but he was kind enough to let me leech the inf from the BO he took over alone and he still wasn't cursing at me when I immediatly disappeared again for an SC
