Now to introduce myself properly:
Hi! I'm thingalon. I live in Melbourne, Aus. I'm 27 years old, and the proud father of a 2 year old boy. I've been a gamer all my life, and at the moment I'm deeply into Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead.

This morning, I was playing TF2, and got sick of all the poorly written posturing in the text chat. Rubbish like "spying means your retarded" [SIC]. So I asked how old they all were. Turns out I was the oldest in the game by a decade. When I mentioned this, they either didn't believe me (lol your just a kid) or asked me why I was "playing a kids game". *sigh*

I'm looking for somewhere I can play with other people whose egos don't hang by a thread of how well they snipe. People who aren't sore losers. People who aren't sore winners! People who don't end every sentence with "lol"... Basically, people who realise games should be fun, relaxing and enjoyable.
