Hi folks,

I'm 45 and started gaming on a Sinclair and Acorn BBC computer when I was a kid (I loved Elite...). I discovered online gaming with CS Source.

I discovered TOG whilst playing BF2142 and have enjoyed playing on TOG servers with other "older" players.

Too much time in the cold means I have relatively slow fingers so don't expect to see me in any competitions. Treat me a as noob...

I live in Tasmania where I work intermittently in various roles in Antarctica for the Australian government and overseas for the UN. Subsequently I tend to play heavily for a while (whilst I get my "fix") and will then disappear for a a few months (ping rates are bad enough from TAS - forget it from Antarctica or a UN compound!).

I have read and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct, the Acceptable Usage Policy, the Forum and Server Guidelines. I've read the FAQ Guidelines and have read and will abide by the Signature and Avatar Guidelines.
