There are some key things you MUST state in order to be considered for membership. These include:

1. You are 25 or over.
2. You AGREE to abide by the TOG Code of Conduct Guidelines
   
3. You AGREE to, and will abide by the TOG Acceptable Useage Policy (AUP)
4. You AGREE to abide by the Forum & Server Guidelines
5. You have read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Guidelines
   
6. You AGREE to abide by the Signature and Avatar Guidelines

Some idea of your geographical location and the times that you play will also help. These things can also be entered in your USER CP (top left corner of screen). Updating this information allows people to know where you are in the world and helps coordinate events.

If you like, you can also say a bit more about yourself: your gaming history, what you do for a living, whether you have a family, what some of your other interests are, etc. - this information is optional but welcome.

As mentioned above, it is a requirement that you have read both the Acceptable Use Policy (which is the standard AUP fare), TOG FAQ & the Forum/Server Guidelines.
