While we are always keen to have new members we do not want to be seen to be 'cannabilising' other kins either.

I will put hallofast on my friends list and keep an eye out. Not quite sure what is up with the merger but we did have a long talk with Machspeed a bit ago. I see he has not been on since the 8th so we were sorta on hold in Osgiliath guard till he got back to us.

A hand full of us officers had a great conversation with Machspeed in vent one night, and we are looking forward to gaming together in the wacky world of LoTRO! I believe there are many things we (as gamers/people) have in common, and that we will have a great time together.

On the "red tape" side... just make sure to post your toon info again in the LoTRO Registration thread... which you will have access to after the moderators mark this post as "DONE", making you an official TOG member.

Whatever happens ... merger or not; while you know we don't want to be seen as cannibalizing kins, at the same time, you mentioned that many nights in a row, you have only 2-3 people on in your kin. You will be welcome in our kin, should you wish to join.
So if and when you wish to give us a try, come on over and register one of your toons. We would be glad to have you with us, and provide you with a few more people to play with.

I know there has been some recent changes to the recruitment process... but just to make sure you have all the bases covered... might not hurt to make a statement such as...

I have read all of the required documents/articles, and:

1. I meet the minimum age of 25 requirement.
2. I AGREE to abide by the TOG Code of Conduct Guidelines
   
3. I AGREE to, and will abide by the TOG Acceptable Useage Policy (AUP)
4. I AGREE to abide by the Forum & Server Guidelines
5. I have read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Guidelines
   
6. I AGREE to abide by the Signature and Avatar Guidelines

I believe some of this has been moved to the account profile, but it doesn't hurt to mention it again for clarity

As Brennivin stated we do those items marked in your UserCP also to prevent another slow up, can you ensure that all appropriate boxes are marked. That is if you are now appliing for full membership which is not marked so I am guessing you are just stopping by. Which is great as well. If you seek membership, we will require those other peskie little things done

Hiya jpoon... thought I would chime in and make sure you knew how to do what Bumbee was referring to... basically, once you are logged in you can do the following...

• Click User CP to open your control panel. It's in the grey bar under the "thread path"
• Once your Control Panel is opened, click the Edit Your Details link on the left had side
• Scroll down to the bottom, and make sure the last 3 questions are answered.

Sorry for the confusion, but I am pretty certain that is the only thing standing between you and membership.... kinda crazy
